This position combines Board support, people leadership and operational oversight, offering the opportunity to shape culture, drive performance and support the firm''s continued growth.The OpportunityThe Practice Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the firm. You will coordinate monthly Board meetings, maintain strategic momentum across key projects, and act as the firm''s Head of People, overseeing HR, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.You will work closely with senior peers across Operations and Marketing, Finance and Compliance, forming a cohesive management team.
