Michael Page are recruiting for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Stoke.Client DetailsA fantastic local business are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk on an on going temporary basis.DescriptionDuties will include, however aren''t limited too - Match invoices to orders and post to the Purchase Ledger, addressing price and quantity discrepancies. Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations. Arrange Direct Debit collections and allocate receipts/payments. Post bank transactions and initiate BACS/cheque runs. Set up and maintain supplier and customer accounts. Assist with month-end reporting and payment processing.
