This role supports customers with the inspection, remediation, replacement, and ongoing maintenance of door systems. Known for their technical expertise and customer-focused approach, the company delivers high-quality solutions across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities Review incoming client enquiries and enter them into the CRMAnalyse tender documents and prepare accurate estimates in line with company proceduresRecord tender activity and outcomes using the CRM systemBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular communicationEnsure estimates are submitted on time and proactively manage communicationsTrack and evaluate lost projects and provide feedback via the CRMAssist with updates to estimate templates and commercial documentsReview contract documents to ensure all bids are compliant and meet client expectationsRespond to technical and general enquiries via telephone and emailParticipate in process improvement initiatives and team reviews Experience and Knowledge Desired Understanding of doors, ironmongery, and related productsExperience liaising with main contractors, trade contractors, architects, or end clientsFamiliarity with estimating processesAbil
