You will advise senior leadership on commercial risks, terms, and conditions, draft and approve agreements in line with due diligence policies, and support the development of teaming and collaborative arrangements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and the supply chain team, you will draft and negotiate subcontracts while providing commercial guidance to project teams for effective contract delivery.
