A key role in the senior leadership team, the Finance Business Partner will drive financial performance and operational excellence across the manufacturing site. Acting as the bridge between Finance and Operations, you will provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making that enhances efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
