Think Accountancy and Finance are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with experience working in a multi-national business.The company are a Global organisation and require someone to lead in all aspects of Tax for the UK Head Office and some of its offices in Europe.The position is open to someone looking for between 25-35 hours a week. They work a policy of hybrid working with 60% of your hours required in the office.With excellent benefits and a competitive salary on offer this role is a great step for someone looking to make a move this year.If successful you will have proven experience to be able to take full responsibility for the Tax and VAT requirements and be able to represent the company with external advisors and tax authorities.The company require a recognised Accountancy Qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE within a Tax role.Key responsibilities:Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT returns for all countriesReconcile VAT accountsEnsure VAT compliance in all locationsLead tax auditsSupervise VAT returns submission for the UK and branchesAdvise senior management on VAT treatment queries, particularly on cross-border transactionsPrepare and submit EC sales and Intrastat in the Netherlands.Work with tax advisors to prepare annual tax returns for the UK and branches in EuropeResponsible for deferred tax computationEnsuring Pillar 2 ComplianceCarry out other tax reporting as requested by the Japanese parent companyPrepare tax notes for the statutory accountsPrepare tax j
