Job title: Senior Town Planner

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an independent fast growing Town Planning consultancy in the Milton Keynes area. With being in the industry for a number of years and over 30 years'' experience collectively as a team we are looking for the successful candidate to be at a Senior level or looking for a step up in a role with private sector experience.

Working all across England and Wales my client is currently working on wide range of projects sectors from residential, commercial, rural, mixed-use and retail and more!

Candidates must have the following:-

• MSc within the Town Planning sector
• Member of the RTPI
• Ideally private consultancy experience and public sector experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong written skills

Your day to day duties will consist of the following:-

• Planning applications
• Planning appeals
• Planning obligations
• Building consent applications
