Position: Contract ManagerLocation: Static site in the WC1 area of LondonDuration: PermanentSalary: From £50,000 to £60,000 plus package (subject to experience level)We are looking for an experienced Facilities Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position based on a large static site in London.This position will be working on a very prestigious site alongside other contract managers and a large number of engineers.The right person for this position will already have experience working as a Building Services/ Facilities Management Contract Manager. They will have experience managing static or van mobile engineers as well as running a multi million pound service contract.This service contract will be dealing with a large number of student accommodation buildings on this site as well as other commercial buildings. It would be a major bonus if this contract manager already has experience working on student accommodation buildings.Due to the nature of this position, we do require this contract manager to come from a technical building services backgroundRequirements Strong background in Commercial Building Services MaintenanceExperience as a Contract ManagerHappy to work on a large static siteTechnical maintenance background (mechanical or electrical)Experience with student accommodation would be a major advantageWorked on multi million pound service contracts Package Excellent basic salary25 days holidayKPI driven annual bonusPension If you are interested in this position
