We''re currently recruiting for an experienced Finisher / Snagger to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in Sheffield.This role will involve working closely with the site management team to ensure all properties are finished to a high standard ahead of client handover.Key Responsibilities:Carry out final snagging works in completed plotsFix minor defects including plaster patches, siliconing, painting, and touch-upsAdjust doors, handles, and ironmongery as requiredComplete internal cosmetic fixes and minor joinery worksEnsure all work meets NHBC and client standardsCommunicate with the site team to report progress and highlight any additional issuesRequirements:Proven experience in a similar finishing/snagging role within new build housingStrong multi-trade background (basic joinery, decorating, patch plastering etc.)CSCS card (required)Own tools and PPEStrong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently with minimal supervisioncall jack for a start (phone number removed) RG Setsquare is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
