Job Title: Project Manager
Location: West Midlands
Sector: Construction - High-End / Bespoke Builds/ Commercial Construction

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, bespoke residential & commercial construction projects. This role will focus on high-value, one-off home builds, and commercial builds requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of bespoke residential construction projects
• Plan, programme, and coordinate all on-site activities
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor progress against programme and manage any delays or risks
• Oversee health & safety compliance across all project activities
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants throughout the project
• Control project costs, variations, and reporting in collaboration with the commercial team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
• Experience delivering high-end residential or bespoke build projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including high-net-worth clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations

Desirable:

• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
• SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent qualifications
• Experience managing large, one-off or architect-led projects
