We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our specialist care team supporting a young male with a learning disability, behaviour support needs and health/medical needs. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on someone’s life while guiding a team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.As the Team Leader youwill work under the guidance of the Clinical Lead to lead and inspire a team of support workers acrossall shift patterns, ensuring the delivery of safe,high-quality, and person-centered care as per the care plan. You willsupport with training, supervisions, documentation audits, and incident management. We''re looking for someone to foster a positive team culture, acting as a role model, promoting professionalism, empathy and consistency.
