Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes and boundary issues, development work and building safety act matters.Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies related to property conflicts.Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.Working closely with clients across a range of sectors.Working closely with the Partners on higher value disputes.Profile / Qualifications

1-3 years PQE in property disputesStrong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution methodsTies to LeedsStrong academicsJob Offer / Benefits
