As a Commercial Manager, you will lead procurement and contract administration across a range of complex construction projects. You''ll support the Managing Surveyor in developing commercial strategies, managing supply chain relationships, and ensuring profitability and compliance. The role involves upstream and downstream contract management, NEC4 contract administration, cost control, and client engagement.
