Delivering individualised support tailored to a student''s unique learning and communication needs
Encouraging focus, participation, and confidence across all aspects of school life
Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and outside professionals to work towards EHCP goals
Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning space
What We''re Looking For:
Previous experience supporting learners with autism and/or hearing impairments
Confidence using a range of SEN strategies and approaches
Calm, patient, and understanding personality
Able to reliably travel to and from Northfield starting in September
