Accountable for supporting, delegating, and resolving issues with team members ensuring production standards are adhered to. Responsible for the operation in terms of Health and Safety, labour resource, delivery of production targets, quality, cost, asset control in line with budget requirements, maintenance/technical and human resources. Manages all aspects of the shift ensuring the delivery of the key performance indicators (KPIs).
