Act as a commercial focal point across the business, providing commercial support in day-to-day activities to include, but not limited to, providing contractual interpretation and guidance. Identify of potential liabilities, risks, opportunities, issues and disputes arising with customers, suppliers, partners and third parties, and produce innovative mitigation plans. Take the lead in pricing Authority change requests, including reviewing scope and pricing documentation, identifying risk and opportunity and preparing submissions prior to internal governance.
