Job Title: Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm) Location: Biggin Hill Hours: Monday to Saturday (5 days per week, with one day off in the week) Pay: 12.70 per hour Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the sales team- Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email- Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems/CRM- Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation- Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and accounts- Handling general office administration and ad-hoc tasks- Always ensuring excellent customer serviceKey Skills and Experience- Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail- Confident communicator, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
