They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development, and due to continued success, they are seeking a Site Agent to join their team.This is a full-time site-based position within the Severn Trent Water region.Your new role As Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing day-to-day site operationsEnsuring adherence to health, safety and environmental policiesReporting progress to key project stakeholdersManaging construction activitiesCoordinating and supervising subcontractorsMaintaining budgets and schedules.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have:Experience in civil works within the water (clean and/or waste) industry in a site management capacityAbility to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractorsStrong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsCSCS, SMSTS and First AidFull UK driving licence.What you''ll get in return In return, you will receive:Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)Company car or car allowance25 days'' annual leave plus bank
