This position is well-suited to candidates with 1-3 years PQE (or newly qualified) who are looking to develop their expertise within a professional, client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities

Support and manage rating appeals, valuations, and negotiations with the VOAProvide strategic advice to clients on minimising business rates liabilitiesPrepare accurate reports, calculations, and supporting evidenceMaintain strong working relationships with clients, authorities, and colleaguesStay current with rating legislation and industry updatesContribute to business development through pitches, presentations, and client engagementCandidate Profile

MRICS, IRRV (Hons), RSA qualified (or working towards)1-3 years PQE (or newly qualified) with exposure to business ratesSound knowledge of rating principles and VOA proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, detail-driven, and motivated to progress towards senior responsibilitiesBenefits and Package
