Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee all on-site aspects of electrical projects. The role will ensure that project deliverables are achieved efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Ensure on-site compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including EHSQ procedures, toolbox talks, RAMS, and PPE. Confirm all necessary permits and approvals are in place. Coordinate site plant hire, tools, and workforce logistics. Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior staff. Manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors effectively. Execute commissioning and project close-out plans, including snag list resolution.
