Senior Associate -CRM role at TEKsystems. We are hiring on behalf of a leading banking client for a CRM Support Specialist to join their London-based team. This role requires strong Salesforce experience and a focus on user support, training, and CRM optimisation.Responsibilities
Act as first-line support for all primary CRM usersDeliver training and support for new functionality rolloutsManage CRM admin tasks including user setup, access rights, and reportingDevelop and maintain CRM user guides and training materialsSupport CRM change initiatives and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV)Maintain CRM policies and procedures documentationEngage with Salesforce Champion CommunitiesSupport CRM audits and access reviewsSkills and Experience Required
Experience in CRM support, ideally with SalesforceStrong communication and training delivery skillsFamiliarity with user access management and reportingExperience coordinating UAT and writing documentationBackground in financial services or banking is highly desirableProactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approachWhat’s on Offer
