Be resilient and ready to handle challenges. Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays). Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided). Experience: 1+ year in residential care or working with challenging behaviours. Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent).
