Night Shift ManagerEvo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Night Shift Manager for our prestigious Manufacturing client in the Blackburn area. Salary £37,000.00. Day ShiftMonday - Thursday 19:00 - 07:00.44 hours per week. Requirements Lead a team of Production Operatives.Mentor, develop and grow the team.Induct and train new members of staff.Oversee the operation on the night shift.Previous experience of managing team performance and KPI s.Ensure the team are producing quality products.Increase production efficiency.Report any machine issues to the engineering department.Have a hands-on approach to operations.Process documentation and administration.Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety.A strong understanding of IT.Exceptional organisation and communication skills.Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to lead a team, support development within the team and build rapports with new and existing team members to push production forward. You ll be required to be involved with operations, ensure quality products are being manufactured and have a hands-on approach to ensure deadlines are met. You ll need to be able to implement progressive ways of working to enhance efficiencies and work closely with other departments within the organisation.
