The RoleAs a

Senior Recruitment Consultant , you\''ll play a key role in driving branch performance by:

Leading the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of healthcare staff (HCAs, RNs, support workers, etc.)

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery

Mentoring and supporting junior consultants to grow and succeed

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Driving business development through client visits, networking, and proactive sales

What We\''re Looking For

Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role – healthcare sector preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Motivated by targets and results, with a proactive sales approach

Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding in a healthcare setting

Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with excellent attention to detail
