Rate of Pay:-Starting: -53,153, after probation: -55,761, after two years -59,029

Role Description:-

We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager for our fantastic Children''s Home in Formby. The home is a residential setting for up to six young people SEMH.

Clumber Lodge is a warm, welcoming and safe family environment, where our dedicated, experienced qualified colleagues provide the best care for vulnerable, traumatised and disadvantaged children and young people

The post holder-would be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children''s residential setting which involves overseeing the smooth operation of the home to ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all residents. This role requires balancing the immediate needs of the young people with the long-term goals of ensuring we achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate would always prioritise the safety and well-being of the young people living in our home.

Experience and Skills:-

  • You are committed, driven, have person centred values and want to make a difference to the lives of young people
  • You have an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent and also a level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Children & Young People (the latter could be willing to work towards)
  • You have considerable management experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • You are a dedicated and compassionate leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hours of work:-39 hours per week
