Associate Director Credit Administration Commercial Real Estate Loans, LondonCirca 85,000 + BenefitsThe Associate Director of Credit Administration is crucial in managing a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown through to redemption.This role involves working within the Credit Administration functional area to ensure timely and accurate servicing of a portfolio of loans for institutional clients.The Associate Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication and compliance with industry regulations.Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans where we act as Facility Agent and/or Security Agent.Working closely with in-house Legal and, where necessary, external counsel, reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.Creating financial models, diarising conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
