Conduct research on global trends, sectoral themes, and competition dynamicsAnalyse and evaluate new investment and business opportunitiesConduct financial analysis, modelling, and valuation analysis to support investment decisionsSupport on the execution of transactions, including participation in due diligence sessions (commercial and operational, financial, etc) and preparation of investment memosDesign, implement and monitor strategic planning and value creation projects of our portfolio companiesContinuously monitoring portfolio companies by analysing and evaluating their operating and financial performanceCollaborate and communicate with portfolio companies on strategic projectsAssist portfolio companies in their business development and MandA projectsEngage in investment management activities of the group and develop financial skills and strategic thinkingRequirements

3 – 6 years of prior relevant working experience (Private Equity, MandA, Investment Banking etc.) – prior investment experience is not mandatory but considered a plusStrong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills are essentialExperience with preparing investment memos and LBO modellingExcellent project management capabilities, ability to coordinate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholdersSeniority level
