Quality Engineer (Supervisor) PermanentLiverpool, L36 £42,000 - £45,000 Working Hours: 08 00 Monday FridayHawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised manufacturing business who are currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the business, the role will have 3 direct reports/supervisory duties.Main Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer Maintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001 requirementsEngage in new product introduction activitiesEnsure compliance to customer specificationsManage and resolve customer, supplier, and internal non-conformances.Conduct process and product audits periodically.Identify and act upon opportunities for improvementGenerate process related documentation including work instructions, quality alerts, PFMEA s, control plans etc.Support with production trialsDevelop and report on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) within business.Oversee customer and internally driven engineering changes.Generate and maintain business relevant KPI s.Supervise and lead a team of 3 shift QC personnel.Flexible approachAbility to adapt within the business.
