This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and well-established team, delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.The role offers a blend of office-based work and field inspections, with exposure to strategic advisory projects across Bristol, the South West, and Wales.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake Red Book valuations for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assetsPrepare detailed reports for banks, investors, developers, and corporate clientsConduct market research and analysis to support valuation assumptionsLiaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveryMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulatory changesSupport business development and contribute to team growthEnsure compliance with RICS standards and internal QA proceduresCandidate ProfileEssential:MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in commercial valuationProven track record of delivering Red Book valuationsStrong analytical and report-writing skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the regionDesirable:Experience with development appraisals and investment fund valuationsWorking knowledge of Argus EnterpriseFamiliarity with the South West and South Wales
