But we’re also an asset management business with a strong pedigree as part of a top-300 global asset manager – our products are designed to bring innovation to the market by meeting the needs of both our customers and our funders.

This investor-focused role will report into the CEO and be fundamental in supporting our exciting proposition for funders to invest in our innovative UK mortgages. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a real opportunity to make an impact and be involved in the next phase of our growth from start-up to scale-up.

The Role:Building and maintaining relationships with our investorsCreating relevant content such as presentations, memos, quarterly updates, and whitepapers. This could be on the housing and mortgage market, developments at April Mortgages or DMFCO (our parent company) and sustainabilitySupporting the investor onboarding processInitiating and leading various internal projectsAnalysis to support improvements to mortgage products, processes and criteria, including market research and data analysis/modelling

We are looking for:1 to 3 years'' experience in financial industryDegree-educated or equivalent, preferably in economics, business, or accountingAnalytical skills – data, numeracy/modelling and quantitative analysisOrganised and motivated with deep attention to detailEnthusiasm for problem-solving and taking ownership of challenging technical problemsStrong people skills, building relationships with team members and stakeholdersBasic knowledge or affinity with financial markets and mortgages is a plus

First and foremost, we are looking for an ambitious self-starter who wants a varied role in sales, analysis and relationship management in capital markets. You’ll work hand-in-hand with experts in mortgages to shape the April proposition for customers and investors. You’ll learn quickly and get the chance to make a massive difference to a growing business.

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.Eligibility to work in the UK is required for this position.
