District Manager - Retail Operations

Salary: -49,000 basic + up to 40% annual bonus
Package: Company car or -6,000 car allowance, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

We''re hiring a high-performing District Manager to join our client''s growing business. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, commercially driven role where you''ll lead multiple stores, support a team of managers, and drive operational and sales excellence.

The Role
As District Manager, you''ll take full ownership of performance across a group of sites, guiding store teams to exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You''ll also play a key role in coaching, succession planning, and delivering on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams

• Monitor and improve district-wide sales, KPIs, and customer metrics

• Contribute to hiring and succession planning across the region

• Analyse store performance, customer trends, and operational data

• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and financial controls

• Plan staffing, rotas, and training needs to meet business objectives

What We''re Looking For

• 2-5 years'' experience in a multi-site retail management role

• Strong people leader with a commercial mindset

• Confident with sales performance analysis and improvement

• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools

• Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to grow with the business
