This is a very big opportunity and they are not shy about rewarding the right individuals in the long run and they are happy to discuss progression routes in the future.Achieving and surpassing, sales and profit margin targetsProviding complete Customer Satisfaction by promoting and develop the awareness of TCF.Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation is maintained.Managing, motivating and developing staff to build a successful, effective team.Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch.Ensuring branch personnel comply with all aspects of FCA regulationsSkills and Experience required:Proven people management skills and/or supervisory experienceComfortable working under pressure and to tight timescalesMust have MOTOR insurance experience, ideally private hire but not a requirement .Competitive basic salary up to and around £35k with OTE of £40k plus Pensions and other staff benefits.
