Production Operative

Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Production Operative to work for our client based in the Bracknell area. This will involve general Production work; this role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company in the food industry.

Requirements of a Production Operative:

• Comfortable with handling raw meat
• Able to work in cold temperatures
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a food processing environment is advantageous but not essential

Details:

• Salary: £12.40ph - this will increase after successful 3 month probation
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 04.00 - 16.00 or 06.00 - 16.00
• Location: Bracknell
• Duration: Temp to perm

Role of a Production Operative:

• Weighing, labelling and packaging of products
• Quality control checks
• General warehouse duties
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
