Located in the heart of the Greenlaw Mains community, Glencorse Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home opening soon. With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, it will offer exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care in a warm and welcoming setting.We are now recruiting experienced and passionate Team Leaders to join our commissioning team. You will lead, supervise and motivate a team of care assistants to ensure our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs. You will oversee medication administration, ensure care plans are accurate and up to date, respond to changes in residents'' health or wellbeing, and promote strong communication within your team and with families and visiting professionals.
