Sales and Stock Administrator

Purpose of role
Working closely with Sales and Service to manage the administration processes relating to orders and stock, ensuring a smooth operation of the company’s sales and logistics processes
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the stock room and its contents.
- Ensure goods In and goods out are recorded correctly and that stock levels are correctly maintain. Assist with engineer’s stock movements.
- Ensure MRP are accurate and stock is regularly ordered if needed
- Assist with a view to being responsible for, regular stock checks including main stock and stock held by engineers.1-2 per year
- Be responsible for the loan database, organize loans for customers and their return.
- Cover other admin responsibilities when required – this may include Processing Customer Quotes, Posting vendor invoices, Booking in goods requiring repair, invoicing customers for repairs and returning customer instruments

· Intermediate user of Excel
· Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload
Job Title: Sales and Stock Administrator
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday, private healthcare, 5% pension
Duration: Permanent
Location: Luton
Hours: Mon-Fri - or 9.00am - 5.00pm - office based but flexible hours
