Are you a nurturing and adaptableandnbsp;Teaching Assistantandnbsp;with a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)£ We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a welcoming and inclusive school inandnbsp;Winslow, where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your Role:

• Provideandnbsp;1:1 and small group supportandnbsp;to pupils with ASD across a range of subjects and activities.
• Assist in the delivery ofandnbsp;tailored learning plansandnbsp;and behaviour strategies.
• Buildandnbsp;positive, consistent relationshipsandnbsp;that help pupils feel safe, understood, and confident.
• Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensureandnbsp;coordinated support.
• Encourageandnbsp;independence, communication, and social developmentandnbsp;in line with each pupilandrsquo;s needs.
• Support the monitoring of progress and contribute toandnbsp;review meetings and planning.

What Youandrsquo;ll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people with ASD (in schools, care, or community settings).
• A good understanding ofandnbsp;inclusive educationandnbsp;and the needs of neurodiverse learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Relevant qualifications in education, SEN, or child development are desirable but not essential.
