What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Finance Business Partner

- Producing clear management accounts in partnership with senior finance leads
- Support production of budgets and forecasts
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting across all ledgers
- Supporting VAT activity, statutory compliance and preparation for audit processes
- Contributing to group consolidations, statutory adjustments and Companies House requirements
- Reviewing and supporting payroll submissions, journals and related system updates
- Working with divisional leads to understand financial performance and support commercial decision-making

What you’ll bring to the table as a Finance Business Partner

- Previous experience in a similar finance role such as management accounting or partnering
- Strong systems capability, ideally with Sage 200 and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of financial activity in a hard FM environment preferred
- Confidence in contributing to budgets, forecasts and commercial insight
- Studying or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or strong QBE with experience in a similar role
