This role will involve overseeing high-value projects, managing risks, coordinating subcontractors, presenting financials to external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful financial outcome of various assignments.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring efficiency, budget adherence, and timely delivery.Commercial Management: Take ownership of commercial responsibilities, from pre-construction budgeting to managing costs during live projects. Develop and report budgets, identify and mitigate risks, and handle compensation events.Subcontractor Coordination: Engage with subcontractors for procurement, negotiation, and package management, delivering projects within budget and scope.Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies during both pre-construction and construction phases to manage project costs effectively.Client and Stakeholder Communication: Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, budgets, and timelines.Development Appraisals: Conduct financial appraisals to determine the viability and profitability of potential developments, considering risk, returns, and market factors.Presenting
