Impact Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to work for one of our clients on a Permanent basis in Northampton. Our client specialise in supplying to the automotive industry, particuarly Motorsport, supplying components for racing.

Pay: -30,000 - -35,000 (Depending on work experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday working 8am-5pm (40 hour week)

Location: Northampton

Contract: Permanent

As a Quality Inspector you will be reporting to the quality manager and taking responsibility for leading the quality assurance of all produced parts within the manufacturing site for our client. Duties will include:

• Completing physical and visual quality checks
• Create and complete quality reports
• Carry out internal audits
• Liaise with clients, primarily from motorsport
• Interpret technical drawings

To be successful within this role you will have the following experience:

• Proven quality inspection experience
• Excellent communication
• Strong IT skills
• Be able to understand technical drawings
• Understanding of tolerances
• Good mathematical skills
• Must be well organised
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
