Our client, an aerospace component manufacturer based in Basildon are looking to hire a CNC Machinist who can set and operate CNC Turning machinery.The role is paying up to 36,159 per annum. Overtime is x1.5 your hourly rate.The hours for the role are Monday to Thursday 7am till 4pm and Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm. This is a 39 hour week.CNC Machinist duties:-Set and operate CNC Turning / lathe machinesProduce accurate and high quality parts Work to tight tolerances and quality check your own workClean and maintain machineryHelp with Continual improvements Skills required:-You must be able to set and operate CNC Turning machinesHave a good eye for detailBe able to use a variety of measuring equipmentAble to interpret engineering drawingsThis is a permanent position subject to the companies probation period.If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply.
