MRICS Valuer - 1.5 - 5 years PQE - Remote working - Commercial loan sec work - leading independent My client is a well established independent city firm focusing on Valuation work for secured lending purposes. Founded over 20 years ago, they are a now team of over 40 covering mainly London and Southeast England. Their valuation workload is mainly residential and commercial secured lending work. They are happy to provide longer term training and support for longer term career development both from a processional and financial perspective. They are looking for two MRICS Valuers who are at Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level, ideally with some existing loan security valuation experience or the desire to specialise within valuation. It is also worth mentioning that they carry out a wide range of valuation including Trading / alternative markets so if this is an area of interest, they will likely be happy to train you in these areas. Likely offering: Basic salary between £50,000 - £65,000 approx.
