We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Architect to join us in either our Reading or London sites.

This individual will be responsible for defining and evolving the Enterprise Systems Strategy in line with the long-term business vision.Working with Shared Services and business strategy partners to understand business imperatives, organizational vision, and medium to long-term objectives.Maintain a map of core business capabilities and their associated systems/technologies across Operating Companies, identifying overlaps and inefficiencies.Conduct reviews and gap analyses on current processes and configurations, making recommendations for improvements.Research innovations in the Enterprise Systems and Technology software market and advise on potential solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.A creative and agile problem-solver with excellent presentation and documentation skills, confident with senior stakeholders and large audiences.Experience working with third-party resources, including offshore teams.Extensive experience with enterprise solutions, including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery.Significant experience in architecting and implementing Oracle ERP solutions, including EBS and Fusion.Commercial acumen in identifying key drivers for business cases and ROI analyses for enterprise systems.Experience rolling out innovative technologies such as AI/GenAI, Digital Assistants, RPA.Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Good understanding of ITIL best practices and development methodologies.Cross-product experience with SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc., Experience with CRM and SAM solutions is desirable.Competitive salary +
