The Role We are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Lead Teacher of Geography to join our Humanities department from September 2026.This is a key middle leadership role for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is ready to take responsibility for driving excellence in Geography across the academy. You will lead on curriculum development, teaching and learning, and student outcomes within the subject, while continuing to teach high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across Humanities to ensure Geography remains a high-performing, engaging and ambitious subject area.
