Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families, you''ll help remove the barriers that stand between a young person and their potential. It''s challenging, meaningful work - and no two days will ever be the same.What We''re Looking For:Experience supporting young people with complex SEND needs - in a school, care, or specialist settingConfidence working with students with PMLD, SLD, ASD, physical disabilities, or sensory impairmentsA warm, person-centred approach with genuine commitment to student wellbeing Ability to follow detailed support and care plans accurately and consistentlyAny experience of BSL, AAC, Makaton,
