Commercial Gas Engineer - Social HousingManchester / North West 50,000 - 60,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call OutRegen Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor operating across Manchester and the North West, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services within the social housing sector.Due to continued contract growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their expanding team covering Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding on commercial heating systems within occupied and void social housing properties, communal plant rooms and public sector buildings.Key Responsibilities: Service, repair and maintain commercial gas systems Fault finding and reactive breakdown works Planned preventative maintenance across social housing contracts Working on boilers, burners, heating systems and associated plant equipment Ensuring all work is completed in line with current gas regulations and health and safety standards Completing relevant paperwork and compliance documentation accuratelyRequirements: ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A etc.) G3 Unvented Previous experience working within social housing or FM environments Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Excellent customer service and communication skillsDesirable: Dom
