Responsibilities for the Building Surveyor:Assist in delivering technical due diligence for a range of UK and EMEA investment and occupier clients.Undertake building surveys for both individual properties and larger portfolio instructions.Prepare and support negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants.Conduct defect analysis and contribute to PPM schedules and refurbishment strategies.Support Contract Administration duties and refurbishment/fit-out project delivery.Collaborate with senior colleagues and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with professional standards.
