Construction Manager – Renewable EnergyLocation: London (flexible hybrid). Employment: Full-time, permanent.A leading UK renewable energy developer is looking for a Construction Manager to join their growing team. With a strong track record across BESS and Solar PV projects, this company offers the chance to play a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle – from acquisition and design through to delivery and long-term performance.Key Responsibilities

Manage technical and commercial risk on acquisition opportunities.Oversee external consultants conducting technical due diligence.Support site acquisition, disposal and development activities.Collaborate with planning and development teams to align technical and financial objectives.Manage procurement, EPC contractors, ICPs and Owners Engineers.Review and optimise project designs, layouts, SLDs and feasibility studies.Ensure compliance with DNO/TO standards, G99 and UK grid code requirements.About You

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Civil/Electrical preferred).3+ years’ experience in project delivery or technical project management.Strong understanding of Solar PV and BESS construction (distribution and transmission level).Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.MS Project proficiency essential.Project Management qualifications (e.g. ChPP, PPQ, PMQ) are a plus.
