Location: Templecombe, United Kingdom. Thales UK is seeking a Configuration Management Administration professional to support configuration management processes for defence mission systems and product lifecycle data.Responsibilities

Be responsible for the registration and release of data managed in configurationVerify the integrity, validity and maintenance of records relating to the data, including traceability and history over the entire life cycleTake charge of verifying the completeness of technical and non-technical data (internal and external)Ensure the provision of up-to-date data to the relevant functionsRecord configuration baselines and provide status on identified gaps or omissionsTranslate the decisions of the Configuration Manager into the tool as requiredBe a configuration management tool (PLM) expert and provide support to the project/product teamArchive obsolete dataQualifications and Competencies

You hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with experience in configuration management processesYou are a communicative team player, able to build strong relationships with the teamYou are methodical, meticulous, with strong attention to detail and organizational skillsYou are proactiveYou understand configuration management processes and tools in relation to contractual requirements and stakeholders’ needsYou foster continuous improvement and a culture of feedbackYou can multi-task and prioritize without requiring regular direct supervisionYou can support the team with knowledge of configuration management tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain data, tools, and reportingYou can establish and meet deadlinesYou understand the importance of data integrityLife as a Thales Configuration Management Administration Role
