NEC4 ECC Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

This job is with Turner and Townsend, a global professional services company. We are looking for Senior Project Managers who are NEC3 and NEC4 accredited to support delivery of high-profile projects across infrastructure, primarily in London and the South-East, with a hybrid working pattern depending on client requirements.Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure projects and programmes across the project lifecycle, including project management principles, delivering to client objectives, contract management, leadership and teamwork, financial management and project controls, and health, safety, quality and environmental management.Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts in current or recent Project Manager roles.Provide leadership to project teams, developing others and navigating challenging environments or ambiguity.Manage stakeholders and build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations.Translate complex problems into workable delivery solutions with strong analytical and numerical skills.Drive solutions under pressure and motivate teams to achieve outcomes.Plan, communicate and organise across multiple work streams and senior client representatives.Develop and lead project teams on large projects or programmes, maintaining a growth mindset.Qualifications
NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essential.Degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience.Professional affiliation, qualification or near-qualification with APM, ICE, or similar.Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).Beneficial Experience
Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts.Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects.Experience of consultancy or client-side project management.Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arms-length bodies relevant to infrastructure.Additional Information
