The sales team is lean, so you''ll have a real opportunity to shape your own role based on your strengths. Reporting into the UK Sales Controller, this role is ideal for someone who''s commercially minded, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of key accounts (Retail and Wholesale)Sales growth and customer relationship managementNegotiating terms, cost prices, and JBPsManaging promotional activity and seeking new ranging opportunitiesForecasting and supply chain coordinationCustomer activation and activity planningExport planning and forecasting (for those handling international accounts)Monitoring customer OL (Own Label) requirements including artwork, availability, and NPDWeekly performance reporting and budget planningResolving customer queries (availability, POs, product run-outs, complaints)Major Accounts You Could Manage:Top UK retailers: Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury''s, Asda, Waitrose, LidlDiscount retailers: Home Bargains, Savers, The Range, Dunelm, WHSmith, BootsWholesalers and distributors: Rayburn, Pricecheck, WilsonsGrowing export markets: USA, Nordics, and other European territoriesWhat They''re Looking For:Tenacity and a hunter mindset - You thriv
